Yesterday I resided in the great Tiergarten. Its the largest park I have ever been to. With its ever unwinding avenues and covens to explore, its certainly quite magical. Later im off to the OYE record shop for Session Victims Album Launch: in store gig! Last time I was fortunate enough to meet Soul Clap who signed their latest Efunk album:

Spent this afternoon in Rataus Schoneburg park, only a few stops from my house. Discovering a beautiful setting and some interesting old architecture. I will certainly return there again.
Tit Tuesday : Presentation

The inspiration for the title: ‘Tit Tuesday’ comes from Maxwell’s weekly blog post of nude females, entitled tit tuesday. The book will have a pocket within each section that allows you pull the photo out and interact with the book. All the hand written parts of the book are done by Maxwell. I have always wanted to design an artist book and am really enjoying the process.
Here is a photo from making the prototype to reflect the format to my audience for my interim presentation yesterday. The page sizes are 195x277. Currently 58 pages but still need to add the photography section and introduction.
Gorlitzer park is one of my favourite places in Berlin. A great location to read, draw, smoke, and occasionally party. On May Day it hosted thousands of Berliners. An unforgettable day with endless rigs(mainly techno) and lots of great people. Will certainly hope to return next year for it!
Currently reading One For Sorrow Two For Joy by Clive Woodall. My girlfriend kindly lent it to me, its amazing. An epic tale in the tradition of Watership Down and Lord of the Rings.
Berlin is the most incredible city, especially for its endless amount of enchanting clubs, leading you astray from everyday life into a new beautiful community of techno lovers. The people I met at Rummelsburger were so welcoming and up for a party. Without really noticing I spent 12 hours in the club, and barely even sat down. From what my fragile memory can piece together, it was one amazing evening. Can certainly take a lot of inspiration for future Shapes events. I think developing the garden/smoking area into more of an unusual experience is something I really want to advance and progress with.
Shapes Design - Love Saves The Day
We have now released all the information regarding our official Love Saves The Day Pre Party. Here is all the design work for it, including the poster, profile picture and facebook timeline banner. I have also done an online poster for the after party at Motion. We are very honoured to be hosting the tunnel after only starting up in November 2011. June bank holiday is set to be one memorable weekend!

Shapes Design - Jazzy Jeff promo work
Over the 6 weeks of promoting for ‘Native Tongue presents Jazzy Jeff’ I regularly updated the imagery to keep people interested and to have some fun with our fan base. We even set up our first web page so people could enter our competition for a free Shapes tshirt and ticket for the night.
The night itself was an absolute success, especially the Tech Boutique. It featured face painting, massaging and hair weaving from three talented and beautiful friends, all situated in a comfy magical environment. Expect more Tech Boutique treats at future events!
